A simple phone call made by a stay-at-home mom to my insurance agent back in 2007 led me on an adventure I never imagined. “I need to add my son to our auto policy.” “It’s going to cost what!?!” “Wow, I’m going to have to go back to work, just to pay our new insurance premium.” So, it began. Anyone who has ever added a youthful operator to their policy can certainly relate. A week later I began working with the agency I was insured with at the time, studied, worked hard and got my agents license in short order and haven’t looked back. I love what I do. I love the fact that as an agent and trusted representative, I am able to connect with so many lives on a personal level. From getting your first policy and providing insurance 101 to the young adult, adding the new spouse after a marriage, new house, now it’s your turn to add that youthful operator, retirement, buying that RV to travel. I get to be a part of that. I know that each step along life’s path is important and needs to be protected. I take that responsibility to heart. Remember, “Been there done that”.
