Dr. Crawford is a board-certified general surgeon with a dedicated focus on breast surgery and minimally invasive robotic procedures. His surgical expertise extends to robotic-assisted general surgery, including complex abdominal wall reconstruction, hernia repair, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and soft tissue mass excision. He serves the Macon and Middle Georgia community as the Breast Program Leader for the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC)-accredited breast cancer program at Piedmont Macon, ensuring patients receive nationally recognized, multidisciplinary breast care close to home. Dr. Crawford holds the role of Integrated Cancer Program Co-Chair across Piedmont Healthcare, reflecting his commitment to patient safety and quality improvement at a system-wide level. He is an active member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons (ASBrS) and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), distinctions that reflect his dedication to surgical excellence and continuing education. Beyond the operating room, Dr. Crawford is deeply invested in the communities he serves. He serves on the board of United in Pink, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting breast cancer patients and survivors, and is a proud member of the Bibb County Medical Society. Dr. Crawford and his partner, a nurse educated at Georgia College, share a personal commitment to the health and well-being of Middle Georgia. Together, they are proud to call this community home.
